摘 要:对某高砷含碳低品位难选金矿进行了浮选试验研究。采用碳酸钠和水玻璃为调整剂,实现了矿泥分散和脉石矿物的选择性抑制;采用Y89-0为捕收剂,实现了对载金矿物(黄铁矿和砷黄铁矿)的选择性捕收。在磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级占80%条件下,采用一粗二精三扫闭路浮选流程,在原矿金品位2.36 g/t时,可获得精矿金品位36.08 g/t、回收率86.77%的良好指标。Flotation testing of a high-arsenic lean refractory carbonaceous gold ore was performed with sodium carbonate and water glass as regulators,showing slime well-dispersed and gangue minerals selectively depressed. The selective collection of gold-bearing minerals( pyrite and arsenopyrite) was actualized by using Y89-0 as the collector. After the feed ore with the gold content of 2. 36 g/t was milled to a grinding fineness of-0. 074 mm 80%,a closed-circuit flowsheet consisting of one stage of roughing,two stages of cleaning and three stages of scavenging was adopted in the experimental study,producing a gold concentrate grading 36.08 g/t Au at 86.77% recovery.
