摘 要:研究了负载脂肪酸基相变材料硅藻土的热性能,结果表明,采用真空浸渍法或溶液插层法可将硬脂酸、月桂酸和单硬脂酸甘油酯等成功负载于煅烧硅藻土上;脂肪酸及其衍生物等相变材料以适当配比组合使用时,负载效果优于纯脂肪酸负载体系。硬脂酸或单硬脂酸甘油酯与月桂酸比例为3∶7时,负载体系结构稳定,升温融化与降温凝固温度区间较窄,相变潜热值较大。The thermal properties of diatomite loaded with fatty acid-based phase change materials( PCMs) were investigated. Results showed that stearic acid( SA),lauric acid( LA) and glycerin monostearate( GMS) were successfully loaded onto calcined diatomite by adopting vacuum impregnation method or solution intercalation method.When PCMs like these fatty acids and their derivatives were mixed at an appropriate ratio,the loading results were better than single fatty acids. When SA or GMS mixed with LA at a ratio of 3 ∶7,a stably-structured loading system with narrow temperature range between fusion and crystallization was actualized and an increase in latent heat of phase change could be observed.
