摘　　要：该文结合某公司聚乙烯生产过程工艺特点,应用串接控制技术,设计以ECS700为基础的反应温度控制串接系统,实现对反应单元精细化控制,确保装置长期在最佳状态下优化运行,改善产品质量。Combined with the characteristics of a polyethylene production process,application of cascade control technology,the design of temperature control system based on ECS700 is connected in series,the realization of the reaction unit fine control device,to ensure long-term optimal operation in the best condition,improve product quality.
