摘 要:绥中36-1油田注水井普遍存在结垢堵塞现象,导致注水压力升高,注入量下降,管柱遇卡,检修困难等问题。从注水水质分析、结垢预测、注入水与地层水配伍性、垢样分析等方面,研究了注水井堵塞机理。研究发现注入水结垢趋势强,SRB细菌与总铁含量超标,水质配伍性差是造成SZ36-1油田注水井堵塞的主要原因。V_(注入水)∶V_(地层水)=60∶40时,结垢最严重,钙镁离子损失总量达到36.94 mg/L。垢样主要成分为Fe S、Ca CO_3、Mg CO_3等。Scaling and clogging phenomena have widely been existed in the injection water wells of Oilfield SZ36-1,which results in problems in production and well maintenance,such as water injection pressure increase,injection volume decrease,tube/column clogging,examination and fixing difficulties,etc.The injection well clogging mechanisms are investigated,in the aspects of injection water quality analysis,scale prediction,the compatibility of injection water and formation water,scaling sample analysis,etc.It is found that the main causes for injection water well clogging in Oilfield SZ36-1 are that the scaling tendency of injection water is strong,SRB bacteria and iron content are over-proof,and water quality compatibility is poor.When V(injection water)∶V(formation water)=60∶40,scaling is the most severe,and the total loss amount of calcium and magnesium ions reaches 36.94 mg/L.The main components of scale samples are Fe S,Ca CO3,Mg CO3and so on.
