摘 要:目的:研究高校教室照度对学习效率的影响规律,为高校教室采光的合理布置提供参考依据。方法:以某高校教室为实验地点,选取高照度(2 167.77±46.33)lx、中等照度(331.17±6.51)lx和低照度(64.22±3.38)lx 3种照度等级,分别对10名受试者进行主观感受调查以及认知能力测试,分析不同等级照度对学习效率的影响。结果:3种等级照度对受试者的光环境评价、消极情绪和情绪状态总评价、学习热情均有显著影响(P<0.05),对多数病态建筑综合征和受试者积极情绪、学习效率的自我评价无显著影响(P>0.05)。照度对除阅读理解测试外的3项认知能力测试下的学习效率均有显著影响(P<0.05)。在低照度环境下,几乎所有测试的准确率、反应速度和综合绩效都最低。结论:高校教室的照度会影响人的主观感受、情绪、舒适程度以及学习效率,因此,应当合理设计高校教室光环境,通过调节和控制室内照度为在校大学生提供更为舒适、高效的学习环境。Objective: To study the effects of indoor illumination on learning efficiency in university classrooms,and to provide reference for the rational arrangement of classroom light setting in universities. Methods: The experiment was carried out in real university classrooms. Three illumination levels were employed at( 2 167. 77 ±46. 33) lx,( 331. 17 ± 6. 51) lx and( 64. 22 ± 3. 38) lx. 10 university students were recruited to engage in the test on subjective sensation and learning efficiency in the whole course of experiment. Results: The three levels of illumination had significant effects on the light environment evaluation,negative emotion,general situation of emotional state and learning enthusiasm of the students( P〈0. 05). There was no significant difference in Sick Building Syndrome( SBS),positive emotion and self-assessment on learning efficiency among the three levels of illumination( P〈0. 05). Illumination had significant effects on learning efficiency in the cognitive tests( P〈0. 05) except reading comprehension test. It was found the most disruptive to accuracy,speed and performance in almost all tests were lowest in low-illumination environment. Conclusion: The illumination level of university classrooms affects students' subjective feelings,emotions,comfort and learning efficiency. Therefore,it is necessary to better design the light setting environment in classroom with adjusting and controlling indoor illumination to create more comfortable and efficient learning zones for the university students.
