研究型大学院校研究的发展态势探析

摘　　要：院校研究是以高校自身为对象的一种校本研究、微观研究。在经济社会＂新常态＂和高等学校＂双一流＂建设的历史进程中,研究型大学在办学理念、发展战略、治理结构、发展路径等方面发生了一系列的转型和转变。因此,院校研究也具有新的形态与新的特征,表现在全面诊断研究、内部治理研究、多元联合研究、内外开放研究、目标导向研究、动态跟踪研究、学科重塑研究七个方面。Institutional research is a kind of school-based research as well as microcosmic research which focuses on the Universities.In the historical process of stepping into ＂new normal＂and constructing ＂double first-class＂,research-oriented university is undergoing a series of transformations in educational philosophy,development strategy,governance structure and development path.Thus research-oriented universities developed new forms and features in comprehensive diagnosis research,internal governance research,multi-joint research,home-and-abroad research,objective-oriented research,dynamic tracking research and discipline system remodeling research.
