摘　　要：目的探讨婴儿肝炎综合症患儿并发外周静脉炎的原因、护理方法及注意事项。方法根据静脉治疗学,诊断该患儿静脉炎类型及分级,从药物因素、患者因素、导管因素及操作因素方面寻找静脉炎原因,制定护理计划。结果患儿发生的静脉炎为感染性静脉炎Ⅳ级,发生原因有患儿吸吮留置处污染、使用药物刺激、封管液量不足、患儿本身体质因素有关以及护士操作欠规范有关。结论外周静脉炎是婴儿肝炎综合症的常见并发症,可通过动态评估、规范操作等有效措施避免本病的发生。Objective To find out what cause phlebitis happens in Infantile Hepatitis Syndrome patient, and how to nurse about phlebitis.Methods According to Infusion Nursing Standards, diagnosis the type and grade of phlebitis from drugs,patient factors, catheter and nursing process,then set up a nursing plan.Results The type and grade of phlebitis is Infective phlebitis, grade Ⅳ,the reasons are：saliva contamination,drug stimulation,sealing liquid is not enough,patient factors and unqualified of nursing.Conclusion Phlebitis can be prevented with successive assessment and standard operation.
