自血疗法联合固本祛风颗粒治疗肺脾气虚型持续性变应性鼻炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察自血疗法联合固本祛风颗粒治疗肺脾气虚型持续性变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年1-10月本院收治的102例变应性鼻炎患者。按照随机数字表法将其分为治疗组和对照组,各51例,但因疗效不佳、无法坚持治疗等原因退出试验2例(治疗组1例,对照组1例),予以剔除。治疗组予以自血疗法联合口服固本祛风颗粒,对照组予以口服氯雷他定联合布地奈德鼻喷雾剂外用喷鼻,7 d为一疗程,均治疗4个疗程。比较两组治疗前后的症状、体征总分以及近远期疗效。结果:治疗后,两组症状、体征总评分均低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访时,治疗组症状、体征总评分均低于对照组及治疗前(P<0.05),但对照组与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组近期及远期疗效均高于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自血疗法联合固本祛风颗粒治疗肺脾气虚型持续性变应性鼻炎具有较好的近远期疗效,值得推广。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of autohemotherapy combined with Guben Qufeng Granules in treatment of persistent allergic rhinitis of lung-spleen qi deficiency.Method：A total of 102 patients with allergic rhinitis admitted to our hospital from January to October 2017 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into treatment group and control group,51 cases in each group,but 2 cases（1 case in treatment group and 1 case in control group） were removed because of the poor curative effect and unable to adhere to the treatment.The treatment group was treated with autohemotherapy combined with Guben Qufeng Granules,and control group was given Loratadine combined with Budesonide Nasal Spray for external use,7 d was 1 course of treatment,all of which were treated for 4 courses.The total scores of symptoms and signs before and after treatment,and short-term and long-term effects were compared between two groups.Result：After treatment,the total score of symptoms and signs of two groups were lower than those of before treatment,and treatment group was lower than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）,at the follow-up,the total symptom and sign score of treatment group were lower than those of control group and before treatment（P〈0.05）,but control group compared with before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The short and long-term effects of treatment group were higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：autohemotherapy combined with Guben Qufeng Granules in treatment of persistent allergic rhinitis of lung-spleen qi deficiency has a better short and long-term curative effect and is worthy of popularization.
