摘  要:目的:探讨6S管理模式在静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2016年7月-2017年6月本院PIVAS内部差错发生情况和工作质量、效率;在PIVAS成立6S管理小组,由专业人员对全体工作人员进行相关知识培训;总结工作中存在的安全隐患和问题,对可能影响工作效率、质量并造成内部差错的环节进行系统分析,找出缘由并完善工作流程。于2017年1月正式在PIVAS实施6S管理,比较6S管理开展前(2016年7-12月)、开展后(2017年1-6月)的内部差错(贴错标签、标签打印错误、标签遗漏、药品排错、加药错误)、服务质量(科室满意度、投诉率)及工作效率。结果:实施6S管理后,贴错标签、标签打印错误、标签遗漏、药品排错、加药错误等内部差错发生频次均低于6S管理前,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且科室满意率、工作效率均高于6S管理前,投诉率低于6S管理前,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:6S管理模式能够有效提高工作人员的专业素质、科室满意度和工作效率,减少内部差错的发生和投诉率,更有利于临床静脉用药的安全性。Objective:To explore the application effects of 6 S management model in pharmacy intravenous admixture service(PIVAS).Method:The occurrence of PIVAS internal errors,and work quality and efficiency in our hospital from July 2016 to June 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.6 S management team was set up at PIVAS,and all staffs were provided relevant knowledge training.The security risks and problems in the work were summarized,and the links may affecting work efficiency,quality and internal errors formation were systematically analyzed,and the causes were identified to improve the workflow.6 S management was officially implemented at PIVAS in January 2017,the internal errors(mislabeling,label printing errors,label omissions,drug troubleshooting,dosing errors),service quality(department satisfaction,complaint rate) and work efficiency were compared before(from July to December in 2016)and after the implementation of 6 S management(from January to June in 2017).Result:After implementation of 6 S management,the frequencies of internal errors such as mislabeling,label printing errors,label omissions,drug troubleshooting and dosing errors were lower than those of before implementation of 6 S management,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05),and the satisfaction rate and working efficiency of the department were higher than those of before implementation of 6 S management,the complaint rate was lower than that of before implementation of 6 S management,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:6 S management model can effectively improve the professional quality of staffs,department satisfaction and work efficiency,and reduce the occurrence of internal errors andcomplaints rate,and it is more conducive to the safety of clinical intravenous drug use.
