摘  要:铸铁浇铸阴极技术近年来在我国取得了很好的应用与发展。但阴极炭块在浇铸过程中却很容易产生浇铸裂纹。本文分析了炭块材质、铸铁成分、预热及铸铁浇铸过程对于铸铁浇铸阴极中裂纹的产生、阴极压降及炭块寿命的影响,提出了炭块预热均匀性的重要性。The technology of cathode assembling with cast iron has been well applied and developed in our country recently. Cracks on the cathode block occur easily during cathode assembling. The influences of types of cathode, cast iron component, preheating and casting procedures on the formation of cracks, cathode voltage drop and the lifetime of the cathode assembling with cast iron were studied in this paper. The importance of the temperature uniformity in the cathode block after preheating was presented.
