摘  要:预焙阳极铝电解槽噪声值的大小能够准确反映电解槽的冷热态势、操作质量的好坏、运行曲线的平稳度和电流效率的高低。本文通过对200k A电解槽生产实践,总结出噪声值控制在18~26m V之间时,电压摆动不大,效率平稳、炉膛变化小,是电解槽生产的理想控制范围。提出噪声值小于理想范围的处理方法和噪声值大于理想范围时,降低噪声值的方法和处理措施。The noise value can accurately reflect the state of pot, such as the tendency of pot heat balance, operation quality, pot voltage curve and current efficiency. Based on production practice of 200kA aluminum reduction pot, it is concluded that the pot can work in good condition when the noise is controlled in 18~26mV, such as smaller pot voltage vibration, steady current efficiency and steady ledge profile. At the mean time, the measures are proposed if the noise is beyond the reasonable range.
