摘  要:本文研究了采用不同润滑剂、拉拔速度、道次变形量对纯镁细丝累积变形量、表面质量、力学性能的影响。结果表明:选择摩擦系数较小的液体油基润滑剂,拉拔速度小于60mm/s,道次变形量为10%-15%、累积变形量约40%的多道次冷拉拔工艺参数制备的纯镁细丝表面质量以及力学性能均较高,并能满足一定的生产效率要求。The effects of different lubricants, drawing speed and pass deformation on the cumulative deformation, surface quality and mechanical properties of pure magnesium thin wire were studied. The results show that the surface quality and mechanical properties of the pure magnesium thin wire are high when processed by the multi-pass cold drawing parameters: using the liquid lubricant with smaller friction coefficient, the drawing speed of less than 60mm/s, the pass deformation of 10%~15% and the cumulative deformation of about 40%, which can meet the requirements of a certain production efficiency as well.
