肛垫悬吊手术治疗重度痔疮的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的临床对重度痔疮使用肛垫悬吊手术治疗,研究分析其治疗作用。方法筛选我院2015年1月~2017年3月收治的125例重度痔疮患者作为研究对象,用随机数字表法分为对照组62例和观察组63例。对照组接受常规手术治疗,观察组接受痔动脉结扎肛垫悬吊术治疗,比较两组肛门坠胀、便血、水肿、术后疼痛等各项指标。结果两组手术治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组(χ~2=11.337,P<0.05);观察组愈合时间、住院时间均短于对照组(t=19.597、22.949,P<0.05);观察组VAS评分低于对照组(t=14.381,P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(χ~2=42.307,P<0.05);经6个月随访,两组复发率差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.305,P>0.05)。结论临床采用肛垫悬吊术治疗重度痔疮,手术创伤低微、安全性更高,可使患者快速恢复,临床效果显著,值得推广。Objective To use the anal cushion suspension surgery in the treatment of severe hemorrhoids, and to study and analyze its treatment effect. Methods A total of 125 cases of patients with severe hemorrhoids and who treated in our hospital from June 2016 to March 2017 were studied and screened as the research objects, and all patients were divided into the control group of 62 cases and the observation group of 63 cases according to random number table method. The control group was received routine surgical treatment, while the observation group was received the treatment of the hemorrhoid artery ligation and anus pad suspension. Then, the tenesmus, hematochezia, edema, postoperative pain and other indicators of two groups after surgical treatment were compared. Results After operation, the effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（χ2=11.337, P〈0.05）. The healing time and the hospitalization time in the observation group were short than those in the control group（t=19.597, 22.949, P〈0.05）.The score of VAS in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（t=14.381, P〈0.05）. The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（χ~2=42.307, P〈0.05）. After 6 months of follow-up investigation, the recurrence rate in the control group were compared with the observation group, the difference was not statistically significant（χ2=0.305, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical application of anal cushion suspension in the treatment of severe hemorrhoids, surgical trauma is low, safety is higher, and which can prompt rapid recovery of patients, clinical effect is significant, thus it is worth promoting.
