摘　　要：河南神火发电公司600MW发电机组属于神火集团自备电厂, 发供电量主要用于电解铝用电, 发电机组的稳定运行直接影响电解铝的生产和安全.作为600MW机组重要设备之一的给煤机, 在生产中起到不可小觑的作用, 由于集团公司多元化发展, 煤业公司生产的劣质煤大部分用于发电厂多层次煤质掺烧, 势必会造成给煤机落煤管经常性堵塞.为解决这一难题, 厂部技术攻关小组实施对落煤管加装悬浮吹扫装置, 使用效果非常明显.The 600MW generator set in Henan Shen fire power generation company belongs to the power plant of the Shen fire group. The power supply is mainly used for the electrolysis of aluminum. The stable operation of the generator set directly affects the production and safety of the electrolytic aluminum. As one of the important equipment of the 600MW unit, the coal feeder plays an important role in the production. Because of the diversified development of the group, most of the inferior coal produced by the coal company is used in the multilevel coal blending of the power plant, which will cause the frequent clogging of the coal dropping pipe. In order to solve this problem, the factory＇s technical tackling team implemented the installation of the suspension purging device for the coal dropping pipe, and the effect was very obvious.
