摘　　要：近十年来，理论学界对中国经济特区的理论与实践问题做了大量的研究。特区的理论研究主要集中于特区内涵与性质、功能与使命、成功经验及成因、国内及国际经济特区的比较以及经济特区与中国制度变迁等方面：特区的实践研究则集中于特区产业发展、科技创新、城市建设、环境资源、文化精神、社会治理等方面。这些研究无论是就中国经济特区本身，还是分析中国道路形成、制度变迁与经济转型都具有重要的借鉴意义。A preliminary summary on the research of theory and reality of China＇s special economic zone has been made in the academic circle . On the theoretical re- search of Special Economic Zone, the paper summarizes six points, including connota- tion and nature of Special Economic Zone, function and mission, successful experience and its reasons, the comparison of domestic Special Economic Zone, the difference be- tween Chinese and foreign Special Economic Zone, and Special Economic Zone and China＇s institutional change; On the reality research, the contents consist of industrial development, technological innovation, urban construction, environmental resources, cultural spirit and social governance. These researches, either the study of China＇s Spe- cial Economic Zone themselves or analysis of formation of Chinese pattern, institutional change and economic transformation are very significant, they can enlighten the future development of China＇s Special Economic Zone.
