摘 要:新疆油田不同区块的油田污水无机盐成分相差很大,对二元复合驱的配方选择造成了较大影响。系统研究了油田污水中含量最高的Na+、Ca2+对新疆油田二元驱油体系性能影响。结果表明,对于阴离子表面活性剂KPS,界面张力随Na^+的增多呈现出先减小后增大的趋势,超低界面张力窗口很小;对于非离子与阴离子复配的表面活性剂KL(KPS+L5#),超低界面张力的窗口很大。同时随着阳离子浓度的增大,KL体系流变性降低,二元体系由剪切稀释转变为剪切增稠,逐渐由弹性流动为主转换成以黏性流动为主。There is a large difference in composition of inorganic salts in oilfield wastewater of different oilfields in Xinjiang oilfield,which has a great influence on the selection of binary compound flooding.The effects of sodium ions and calcium ions(the highest contents in the oilfield sewage) on the performance of binary flooding system in Xinjiang oilfield were studied systematically.The results showed that the interfacial tension decreased first and then increased with the increase of sodium ion,and the ultra-low interfacial tension window was very small for the anionic surfactant KPS.For the nonionic and anionic complex KL(KPS+L5#),ultra-low interface tension of the window was very large.At the same time,with the increase of sodium ions and calcium ions content,the rheological property of KL system decreased,and the binary system changed from shear dilution to shear thickening,and the viscous flow gradually shifted from elastic flow.
