摘 要:金属表面腐蚀与结垢问题广泛存在于盐化工生产的多种过程中,严重妨碍了化工设备的正常运行,造成巨大的能源浪费和经济损失,是一个经过长期研究而至今也一直存在的问题。针对于此,选取A3钢、20#钢、304不锈钢、316不锈钢4种常用化工设备钢材模拟化工设备在硝酸钾生产中的结垢腐蚀情况,以搅拌速度、NH_4^+与K^+物质的量比、过饱和度、溶液pH为影响因素,以结垢速率为响应值,得到KNO_3生产过程中最低结垢速率工艺参数。结果表明:4种钢材中20#钢结垢速率最低,为0.120 7 g/(h·m2),其最佳工艺参数:搅拌速度为148 r/min、n(NH_4^+)/n(K^+)=1.54、过饱和度为73.15 g/L、溶液pH=4.5。Metal surface corrosion and scaling problems,widely existing in many processes of salt chemical production,influencing normal operation of chemical equipment seriously impeded and leading to huge energy waste and economic lost,has also been problems for a long time.Therefore,A3 steel,20#steel,304 stainless steel and 316 stainless steel were employed to simulate scaling corrosion of chemical equipment in production of KNO3.Stirring speed,amount-of-substance ratio of NH4^+ to K^+,supersaturation and solution pH were selected as the influence factors,with the scaling rate as the response value,to obtain the minimum scaling rate parameters during the production of KNO3.Experimental results showed that minimum scaling rate was 0.120 7 g/(h·m^2) of 20#steel in 4 steels,and optimal technological parameters were as follows:the stirring speed was 148 r/min,n(NH4^+)/n(K^+)=1.54,the supersaturation was 73.15 g/L and solution pH=4.5.
