摘 要:颗粒捕集器能够有效的降低柴油机排气中颗粒物的排放,为满足更加严格的排放法规,颗粒捕集器必将成为柴油机车后处理系统的标配。文章依据道依茨F3L2011型号的柴油机,根据此款柴油机的基本参数,设计了串联式颗粒捕集器的基本结构,并对不同扩张角,不同进气流速下颗粒捕集器内部的流场均匀性进行仿真分析,仿真结果表明扩张角及气体流速对内部的流场均匀性有较大的影响。The Pelt Trap can effectively reduce the emission of particulate matter in diesel engine exhaust. In order to meet the strict emission regulations, the Pelt Trap will be the standard of the diesel locomotive post-pressing system. According to DEUTZ F3 L2011 models of diesel engines basic parameters, we designed the basic structure with trap tandem particle. What's more, we made simulate analyses on the internal flaw field uniforming from the aspects of different expansion angle, and different inlet velocity of practice trap. The simulate results shared that the expansion angle and gas velocity have made a great effect on the internal flow uniformity.
