摘 要:焊接过程中热源的局部集中、快速移动容易产生不均匀的温度场,导致局部区域产生比较大的焊接应力和变形。文章基于ANSYS有限元软件,采用生死单元法着重研究焊接温度场的变化,分析焊接试件的温度分布情况,为进一步讨论焊接应力场奠定基础。In the process of welding, the local concentration and rapid movement of heat source are easy to produce uneven temperature field, which leads to relatively large welding stress and deformation in the local area. Based on the ANSYS finite element software, this paper uses the method of life and death unit to study the change of the welding temperature field and analyze the temperature distribution of the welded specimen, which lays the foundation for further discussion of the welding stress field.
