摘　　要：文章以可靠性理论为基础,以可靠性分析软件Weibull++为工具,并以某车型的历史售后索赔数据为例,通过理论与实践的结合,演示了基于售后索赔数据进行汽车可靠性研究的方法、步骤及分析结论。This paper is based on the reliability theory, takes the reliability analysis software Weibull as the tool, and takes the historical after-sale claim data of a certain vehicle as an example, through the combination of theory and practice. This paper demonstrates the method, procedure and analysis conclusion of automobile reliability research based on aftermarket claim data.
