摘  要:介绍了易门铜业高浓度SO_2烟气非衡态预转化预吸收工艺原理和工艺流程。通过非衡态预转化及预吸收的有效结合,利用非衡态预转化工艺解决原有制酸系统常规转化问题,利用预吸收工艺解决原有制酸系统的烟气处理量及氧硫比问题。该工艺具有投资少、占地面积小、运行成本低、操作简单等优点,尤其适用于由低浓度SO_2烟气制酸改为高浓度SO_2烟气制酸的配套工艺改造。The principle and technological process of non balanced pre-absorption of high concentration SO2 flue gas in Yimen copper industry are introduced. Through the effective combination of non balanced pre-conversion and pre-absorption, the conventional conversion process of the original acid system is solved by the non balanced pre-conversion process, and the amount of flue gas and the ratio of oxygen and sulphur to the original acid system is solved by the pre-absorption process. The technology has the advantages of low investment, small area, low operating cost and simple operation, and it is especially suitable tor the transtonnation from low concentra- tion to high concentration of flue gas to make acid.
