摘 要:对湖北枣阳某难选低品位金红石矿进行了浮选试验研究。对于TiO_2含量3.08%的原矿,在磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级占95%时,采用氟硅酸钠作脉石矿物抑制剂,水玻璃作分散剂,苯乙烯膦酸与正辛醇以2∶3混合作捕收剂(总用量800 g/t),获得了金红石精矿品位和回收率分别为53.7%、75.2%的理想指标。同时大大降低了苯乙烯膦酸的用量。Flotation experiments were performed to beneficiate a refractory low-grade rutile ore from Zaoyang,Hubei.After milled to a grinding fineness of-0. 074 mm 95%,the raw ore with TiO_2 grade of 3. 08% was treated using sodium fluosilicate as a gangue depressant and sodium silicate as a dispersant,and using a mixture of styryl phosphoric acid and octanol in 2∶ 3 as a collector at a total dosage of 800 g/t. A rutile concentrate with TiO_2 grade of 53. 7% and TiO_2 recovery of 75. 2% was obtained. In addition,the dosage of styryl phosphoric acid was greatly reduced.
