摘  要:介绍了Slon立环脉动高梯度磁选机的研制进展、主要特点及其应用案例。SLon磁选机在辽宁宝国铁矿用于分选磁铁矿、赤铁矿和菱铁矿的混合矿,成功实现了0~3 mm脉石提前抛尾,减少后续磨矿费用30%,全流程选矿回收率提高约9个百分点;SLon磁选机在重钢西昌矿业有限公司用于分选钛铁矿,钛铁矿回收率从10%左右提高到50%。应用实践表明,SLon磁选机能显著提高选矿效率和降低选矿成本。Research development, main characteristics and application cases of SLon vertical ring and pulsating high-gradient magnetic separator( HGMS) were introduced. In Baoguo Iron Mine of Liaoning Province,SLon HGMS has been applied to process a mixed ore of magnetite,hematite and siderite. With this apparatus,a pre-discarding of gangue sized 0 ~ 3 mm has been attained,leading to the grinding cost reduced by 30% and the full flowsheet recovery increased by around 9 percentage point. It also has been used to reclaim ilmenite in Xichang Mining Co Ltd of Chongqing Iron Steel( Group) Co Ltd,resulting in the recovery of TiO_2 increased from around 10% to 50%. Such application practices show that,SLon HGMS can significantly increase processing efficiency and reduce operation cost.
