摘　　要：针对指挥对抗模拟训练中合成指挥员对于通信网系组织运用能力的需求,详细设计了通信网系组织运用能力模型的体系结构,在目前主用的定性分析方法基础上,采用改进的幂指数法构建了通信网系组织运用能力模型,并通过算例分析,验证了该模型的合理性。In the paper , the architecture of organization and employment capability model of communication network is designed in detail, according to the demand organization and employment capability of communication network proposed by commander in combined operations during command countermeasures simulated training. This model is constructed on the basis of improved Power Index Method, based on the qualitative analysis method. In the last , the rationality of the model is verified though analysis of examples.
