摘 要:采用百度试验法研究了油松木材干燥特性。结果表明:初期开裂等级为1级;截面变形等级为2级;瓦弯变形为1.4 mm;平均体积干缩率为11.49%,差异干缩为1.14;干燥速度等级为1级。根据干燥特性相关数据,初步拟定了25~30 mm厚油松木材干燥基准。The drying characteristics of the Pinus tabuliformis Carrière was tested using the 100 ℃ experiment. The results show that the initial cracking grades of unprocessed wood was Grade 1; the cross-sectional deformation was Grade 2; tile bending deformation were 1. 4 mm; the average volume dry shrinkage was 11. 49%,the difference dry shrinkage of the untreated material was 1. 14; the rate of drying was Grade 1. Based on the data of drying characteristics,the wood drying benchmark of 25-30 mm thick oil pine was preliminarily formulated.
