创业教育对大学生在校创业行为及毕业后创业意愿的影响  

The Influence of Entrepreneurship Education on College Students' Entrepreneurial Intention and Entrepreneurial Behavior: A Survey of College Students from Five Universities in China

摘　　要：基于5所全日制大学的微观数据,研究采用托宾模型和有序逻辑回归模型,从创业课程、创业论坛或竞赛、创业团体3个方面考察了创业教育对大学生在校创业行为以及毕业后创业意愿的影响。研究发现:创业教育对于大学生创业意愿以及行为均有显著的影响。选修过企业模拟类(ERP)实验课程的大学生在校期间开展创业行为的次数将提高0.649次;选修过创业管理课程、经常参加创业论坛、参加创业竞赛或创业计划比赛两次以上、参加SYB大学生创业培训班以及成为ERP研究社成员对大学生毕业后创业意愿的提高有显著的正向影响。基于此,研究对高校提出了将创业教育课程纳入通识教育课程、分层次模块化设计创业教育课程、重视创业教育师资队伍建设等建议。Based on the microscopic data of five full-time universities in China, this paper employs Tobit Model and Ordered Logit Model to explore the impact of entrepreneurship education on college students＇ entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial behavior. The results show that entrepreneurship education exerts significant impact on the entrepreneurial intention and behavior of college students. If college students have completed the ERP（enterprise simulation） experiment course, the number of entrepreneurial activities will be increased by 0.649 times. What＇s more, the selection of business management courses, the attendance at business forums regularly, the participation in entrepreneurial competition or business plan competition more than two times and the enrolment in SYB or ERP will have significantly positive effect on college students＇ entrepreneurial intention. The paper suggests that universities should include entrepreneurship education in general education curriculum, design entrepreneurship courses through stratification and modularization, and focus on faculty development for entrepreneurship education.
