摘  要:目的探讨540 nm强脉冲光治疗面部痤疮的临床效果。方法方便选取2016年1月—2017年9月该院收治的137例面部痤疮患者为研究对象,依据治疗方法分为实验1组(强脉冲光+丹参酮,46例)、实验2组(红蓝光+丹参酮,46例)和对照组(丹参酮,45例),对比观察3组疗效,统计不良反应。结果实验1组治疗总有效率(89.13%)与实验2组(86.96%)比较差异无统计学意义(χ~2=1.214,P=0.071),与对照组(66.67%)比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.960,P=0.019);实验2组治疗总有效率(86.96%)与对照组(66.67%)比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.635,P=0.021)。3组治疗期间均未见严重不良反应。结论 540 nm强脉冲光与红蓝光联合丹参酮治疗面部痤疮的临床效果相当,均优于单纯丹参酮治疗,应用安全有效,值得推广使用。Objective This paper tries to investigate the clinical effect of 540 nm intense pulse light in the treatment of facial acne. Methods Taking 137 facial acne patients in our hospital from January 2016 to September 2017 as the research object, according to the treatment methods, they were convenient divided into experimental group 1(strong pulse light +tanshinone, 46 cases), and experimental group 2(red-blue light + tanshinone, 46 cases) and control group(Tanshinone, 45 cases), observed the efficacy and the adverse reactions of the three groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in group 1(89.13%) was not statistically different from that of group 2(86.96%)(χ2=1.214, P=0.071), and it was statistically different from that of the control group(66.67%)(χ2=7.960, P=0.019); The total effective rate(86.96%) in the experimental group 2 was significantly different from the control group(66.67%)(χ2=7.635, P=0.021). No serious adverse reactions were seen during the three groups of treatment. Conclusion The clinical effect of 540 nm intense pulse light combined with redblue light and tanshinone for facial acne is similar, and it is better than pure tanshinone treatment. The application is safe and effective and worthy of promotion.
