摘 要:目的研究分析微创稳定系统钢板倒置对陈旧性股骨粗隆间骨折的临床治疗价值。方法回顾性分析该院2013年6月—2015年6月收治的30例进行微创稳定系统钢板倒置治疗的陈旧性股骨粗隆间骨折患者临床资料。选择同期采用动力髋螺钉的陈旧性股骨粗隆间骨折患者30例作为对照组。观察两组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、骨折愈合时间、Harris评分、恢复效果以及并发症情况。结果观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间以及末次随访Harris评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);随访1年后,观察组髋关节恢复效果优良例率为28例(93.3%),显著高于对照组的20例(66.7%)(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为3.3%,低于对照组并发症发生率为20.0%(P<0.05)。结论微创稳定系统钢板倒置固定方法具有微创、手术时间短、术中出血量小、骨折愈合快、愈合率高、不良反应小等特点,安全高效,且操作较为方便。值得临床大力推广。Objective This paper tries to study and analyze the clinical treatment value of the inversion of the minimally invasive stabilization system for old intertrochanteric fractures of the femur. Methods The clinical data of 30 patients with intertrochanteric fracture of the femur who underwent inversion treatment of minimally invasive stabilization system in the hospital from June 2013 to June 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. In the same period, 30 patients with intertrochanteric fracture of the femur with dynamic hip screw were selected as the control group. Observe the operation time, intraoperative blood loss, hospital stay, fracture healing time, Harris score, recovery effect and complications of the two groups. Results The operative time, intraoperative blood loss, fracture healing time and Harris follow score at the last follow-up in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P〈0.05). After one year follow-up, the excellent recovery rate of the hip joint in the observation group was 28 cases(93.3%), significantly higher than the control group of 20 patients(66.7%)(P〈0.05); observation group complication rate was 3.3%,lower than the control group of 20.0%(P〈0.05). Conclusion Minimally Invasive Stabilization System steel plate inversion fixation method is characterized by minimal invasiveness,short operation time, less intraoperative blood loss, fast fracture healing, high healing rate, and low adverse reaction. It is safe and efficient, and the operation is convenient. It is worth clinical promotion.
