摘　　要：目的探讨Lg I1型抗体脑炎的护理要点,加深护理人员对Lg I1型自身免疫性脑炎的认识。方法回顾总结2016年11—2017年5月聊城市人民医院神经内科确诊治疗并后续回访的1例Lg I1抗体脑炎的护理,并查阅相关资料。结果护理人员掌握Lg I1抗体脑炎"可能的诊断"的症状、体征、辅助检查可以提高该病的早期诊断率。结论在医护共同努力下早期确诊是提高Lg I1抗体脑炎治愈率和患者病后生活质量的关键。Objective This paper tries to explore the nursing points of Lg I1 antibody encephalitis and to deepen the understanding of nursing staff on Lg I1 autoimmune encephalitis. Methods Review and summarize the care of one case of Lg I1 antibody encephalitis diagnosed and treated by the Department of Neurology of the People＇s Hospital of Liaocheng from November to May 2017 and consult relevant data. Results Nursing staff to master the ＂probable diagnosis＂ of Lg I1 antibody encephalitis symptoms, signs, and examinations can improve the early diagnosis of the disease. Conclusion Early diagnosis with the joint efforts of healthcare is the key to improving the cure rate of Lg I1 antibody encephalitis and the quality of life of patients after illness.
