摘 要:目的分析包头地区不同季节孕妇25-羟维生素D[25-(OH)D]水平,为临床医师指导孕妇补充维生素D提供依据。方法方便选取2015年12月—2016年12月就诊于包头医学院第一附属医院的正常妊娠中期孕妇1 320例,采用全自动化学发光免疫分析法检测孕妇血清25-羟维生素D[25-(OH)D]水平,按就诊日期(即检测日期)将其分为夏秋季组和冬春季组。并将其数据进行统计学分析。结果 1 320名妊娠中期孕妇25-(OH)D平均水平为(27.33±2.99)ng/m L,其中缺乏(11.69±2.74)ng/m L和不足者(24.17±1.89)ng/m L检出率为68.03%;夏秋季组的25-(OH)D水平(46.22±2.84)ng/m L高于冬春季组(24.17±3.16)ng/m L,差异有统计学意义(t=5.429 0,P<0.05);冬春季组的25-(OH)D缺乏程度较夏秋季组严重,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.876 0,P<0.01)。结论包头地区孕妇25-羟维生素D[25-(OH)D]的缺乏现象较为严重,存在明显的季节差异。Objective This paper tries to analyze the levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D [25-(OH)D] in pregnant women in different seasons in Baotou area, and to provide guidance for clinicians to guide pregnant women to supplement vitamin D.Methods A total of 1 320 normal pregnant women who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College from December 2015 to December 2016 were selected. Serum levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D [25-(OH)D] were measured by automated chemiluminescence immunoassay. ] Level, according to the date of the visit(that is, the date of detection) will be divided into summer and autumn groups and winter and spring groups. And the data were statistically analyzed.Results The average level of 25-(OH)D in 1 320 pregnant women was(27.33 ±2.99) ng/m L, among which the lack of(11.69±2.74) ng/m L and the deficiencies(24.17±1.89) ng/m L were 68.03%. The 25-(OH)D levels(46.22±2.84) ng/m L in summer and autumn were higher than those in winter and spring(24.17±3.16) ng/m L, and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.429 0,P0.05). The degree of 25-(OH)D deficiency in the winter and spring groups was more severe than that in the summer and autumn groups, with a statistically significant difference(χ2=4.876 0,P0.01). Conclusion The deficiency of 25-hydroxyvitamin D [25-(OH)D] in pregnant women in Baotou area is more serious and there are obvious seasonal differences.
