Objective This paper tries to explore the effectiveness of ultrasound-guided one-needle four-point method in the treatment of patients with axillary brachial plexus block. Methods 78 patients undergoing surgical treatment in this hospital who required axillary brachial plexus block were randomly divided into an ultrasound group and a control group. The aortic plexus block was performed on the patients in the control group using a traditional puncture method, and ultrasound guidance was used. One-needle four-point method performed brachial plexus block in the ultrasound group. Results The onset time of sensory nerve block in the ultrasound group and the onset time of motor nerve block were all earlier than those in the control group(P〈0.05), and the blockade maintenance time was longer than that in the control group(P〈0.05).The incidence of anesthesia complications in the two groups was compared. the differece was not ctatistically significant(P〉0.05). Conclusion The use of ultrasound-guided one-needle four-point method in the treatment of patients with axillary brachial plexus block can further improve the patient's anesthetic effect and reduce the occurrence of anesthetic risk events.
