摘　　要：慢性肾衰竭是危害人类健康的重大常见慢性疾病。临床实践证明中医药在延缓CRF病程进展、缓解临床症状、提高生命质量等方面取得较好的疗效。本文通过对近年来相关文献整理分析,总结CRF的中医病因病机、辨证分型论治、专病专方、单味药、中成药治疗、中医外治法等研究进展,并对今后CRF研究提出建议和设想。Chronic renal failure（ CRF） is a major chronic disease which endangers human health terribly.Clinical practice has proved that traditional Chinese medicine has obvious curative effect concerning alleviating clinical symptoms,protecting kidney function and delaying the progression of kidney disease,which has greatly improved the quality of life of patients with CRF.Through the analysis of relevant literature in recent years,the etiology and pathogenesis of chronic renal failure,syndrome differentiation and treatment,specific prescription of TCM for CRF,single Chinese herbs and Chinese patent medicine,and the external treatment of TCM were summarized.Moreover,suggestions and conceptions for further research of CRF were made.
