摘 要:在传统出版与新兴出版融合发展已成为出版业未来发展趋势的新环境下,那些资产规模较小,抵御风险能力差,竞争意识薄弱的中小型大学出版社失去了事业单位的优势,转企成为完全的市场主体后,其原有的资源稀缺性不再,不仅丧失了客户、出版资源和市场,还由于技术和资金的短板,在出版转型开始就处于明显的劣势地位。因此,大学出版社要从自身的历史、现有的资源和人才配备三个方面来确定自己的发展战略,走融合出版之路:一是把握国家政策,以项目带动出版社转型升级;二是优化人才结构,提升企业核心竞争力,三是以内容为核心,多元化合作拓展出版产业链。The integration of traditional publishing activities and newly emerging ones has become a trend of the publishing industry in the future development within the new environment.The small and medium-sized university press with smaller scale assets,less ability to resist risk,and weaker competition consciousness started to lose the advantage of being a member of the institutions business unit and become apure market players.It then losses its original resource scarcity,and starts to lose customers,publishing resources and markets,as well as the technology and founding.Therefore,from the beginning of the transformation upgrading they have been in inferior position.Thus,the university press needs to determine its own development strategy by studying their history,existing resources and talents equipped with three and take the path of fusion publishing:first,to grasp the national policy,and to project driven press transformation and upgrading;secondly,to optimize the talent structure and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,and thirdly,to expand the publishing industry chain based content,diversified cooperation.
