摘　　要：为准确把握欠发达县域电子银行业务市场需求动态,以安徽怀远县电子业务为例开展了专题座谈会和市场问卷调查。以此深入分析了农村商业银行电子业务种类、规模、动户率、替代率等发展状况,并剖析当前发展中存在的问题和潜在风险,在此基础上从政府、银行层面提出欠发达县域电子银行业务健康快速发展六种路径对策。In order to accurately grasp the dynamic demand of the e-banking market in Underdeveloped County, taking Huaiyuan County, Anhui Province as an example, this paper carries out a symposium and the rural e-banking business investigation. Based on this, the paper deeply analyzes the development status of electronic business in rural commercial banks, such as the type、scale、 account rate and substitution rate of electronic business, and analyzes the existing problems and potential risks in the current development. And on this basis, from the government and bank level, six measures are proposed for the healthy and rapid development of e-banking in underdeveloped counties.
