摘　　要：首先,从当前市场价值、潜在市场价值和区域贡献价值三个方面构建了电力用户多维价值评价指标体系;然后,基于最小相对信息熵原理确定组合指标的权重;最后,利用物元可拓法和理想解法求解理想模糊物元和负理想模糊物元,并根据欧式范数计算确定各评价对象的相对关联度。运用该方法对三个具有代表性的电力用户进行评价,验证了模型的评价效果。结果表明,该模型具有概念清楚、计算简单和结果直观等特点,可对电力用户多维价值进行有效评价。Firstly,this paper designs the multi-dimensional evaluation indicator system for value of power users from three aspects,namely current market value,potential market value and regional contribution value.Then based on the principle of minimum relative information entropy,it use the improved analytical hierarchy process and entropy method to determine the weights of indexes.Finally,according to the idea of matterelement extension theory and ideal solution method,it defines the ideal fuzzy matter element and negative ideal fuzzy matter element,and establishes an ideal fuzzy meta-element evaluation method based on the minimum relative entropy（MRE）weighting method to evaluate the multi-dimensional value of power user.And it applies this method to evaluate three representative power users to verify the evaluation effect of the model.The results show that the model is clear in concept,simple in computation and intuitive in result,and the multidimensional value of power users could be evaluate effectively by this method.
