空间异质性、非期望产出与区域金融生态运行效率评价

摘　　要：金融生态系统运行绩效的高低在一定程度上反映了不同区域之间资源的利用效率、经济的发展效率、市场秩序的调节效率以及金融主体的经营效率,能够综合反映区域金融的发展水平。通过构建纳入空间异质性—非期望产出因素的区域金融生态效率测算模型,对中国2006—2015年省际金融生态运行效率进行测算。研究结果表明,不考虑非期望产出的金融生态运行效率测度会对真实情况出现估计偏差,对政策制定产生误导,因此考虑非期望产出的效率测度更为合理。中国金融生态运行效率存在显著的地区差异,空间技术异质性导致金融生态运行效率存在显著的地区差异,呈现出"东部—中部—西部"效率依次递减的格局,并且差距有逐步扩大的趋势。To a certain extent,the performance of financial ecosystem reflects the using efficiency of resources,the economic development efficiency,the regulation efficiency of market order and the operating efficiency of financial entity in different regions which comprehensively reflects the development level of regional finance.Based on the characteristics of spatial heterogeneity,undesirable outputs efficiency evaluation model of financial performance and spatial difference efficiency evaluation model are built to measure the efficiency of the performance of provincial financial ecology in China from 2006 to 2015 with the panel data.The paper’s findings are as below,the estimation causes deviation which will mislead the policy making when undesirable outputs are not considered during the measuring of operational efficiency of financial ecology.It turns out that it will be more reasonable when undesirable outputs are considered in efficiency measurement model.Thus,there are significant regional differences on operational efficiency of financial ecology.To be more detailed,it shows in descending order from the East,the Middle and the West and the gap is gradually expanding.
