摘  要:纤维增强复合材料(FRP)与混凝土界面的粘结滑移关系是FRP用于加固钢筋混凝土受力分析的基础。采用真空辅助成型技术(VARI)制作的FRP板条,并外贴于混凝土试块表面,设计了8个单搭接头剪切试验,比较FRP-混凝土界面的粘结性能。考察了混凝土强度、粘结长度、板厚和粘结胶层厚度对VARI工艺下FRP与混凝土界面之间粘结性能的影响。分析基于VARI工艺制作的FRP应变和各个控制因素下局部剪应力的发展规律。计算得到了FRP-混凝土界面的局部粘结剪应力-滑移关系曲线。The bond slip relationship between the fiber reinforced polymer(FRP) and the concrete interface is the foundation for the FRP to reinforce the stress analysis of the reinforced concrete.Vacuum assisted molding technology(VARI) production of FRP slab was adopted and affixed to the concrete surface,8 single lap joint shear tests were designed with comparison of FRP-concrete interface bond properties.The effects of concrete strength,bond length,thickness and adhesive layer thickness on the bond behavior between FRP and concrete interface technology VARI the analysis of local shear stress law of the development of various FRP strain and the VARI test process based on control factors were presented.The local bond shear stress slip relationship curves of the FRP-concrete interface were calculated.
