摘 要:发展服务贸易可以刺激经济、创造就业,作为服务业重要组成部分的旅游业在其中扮演着关键角色。近几十年来,旅游业获得了快速增长,成为全球增长最快和最重要的经济部门。以国际贸易的视角分析旅游业的现状及具体的旅游活动,表明旅游业与其他经济贸易活动密切关联,揭示出由于旅游价值链的复杂性及参与者众多,要发挥旅游业潜力需要旅游出口战略强有力支持和各方面的协同合作,要把各级管理机构、服务、商品和市场营销等方面都考虑进来,共同发挥作用。As an important part of the trade in services,the tourism plays a key role in stimulating economy and creating the job. Over recent decades,tourism has enjoyed rapid growth,becoming one of the fastest-growing and most important economic sectors worldwide. The present situation of tourism industry and specific tourism activities are analyzed from the perspective of international trade,which shows that tourism is closely related to other economic and trade activities,and because of the complexity of the tourism value chain and the large number of participants,In order to explore the potentiality of tourism industry,strong support of tourism export strategy and collaborative cooperation of all parties are needed. It is necessary to take all levels of management agencies,services,commodities and marketing into account to work together.
