鼻内镜术治疗慢性鼻窦炎-鼻息肉的效果及并发症发生率分析

摘　　要：目的分析鼻内镜术治疗慢性鼻窦炎-鼻息肉的效果及并发症发生率。方法方便选取2015年2月—2016年10月该院耳鼻喉科收治的130例慢性鼻窦炎-鼻息肉患者作为研究对象,回顾性分析130例患者的病历资料,依据治疗方式的不同将其分成实验组和对照组,每组65例患者,实验组患者采用鼻内镜术进行治疗,对照组采用传统手术治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果和并发症情况。结果实验组患者的治疗有效率为96.92%(63例),与对照组的92.31%(60例)比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.358 9,P>0.05);实验组患者的手术时间为(38.5±4.5)min,术中出血量为(86.5±21.8)m L,住院时间为(3.6±1.2)d,其各项手术指标均优于对照组(t=6.723 4、5.8387、9.666 7,P<0.05);实验组患者的并发症发生率为4.62%(3例),明显低于对照组的13.85%(9例)(χ2=4.866 3,P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜术治疗慢性鼻窦炎-鼻息肉手术效果良好,治疗有效率高,术后不易出现并发症和复发情况,值得在临床中推广使用。Objective This paper tries to analyze the effect and complication rate of nasal endoscopic surgery for the treatment of chronic sinusitis or nasal polyps. Methods 130 patients with chronic nasosinusitis or nasal polyps admitted to this hospital from February 2015 to October 2016 were convenient selected. The medical records of 130 patients were retrospectively analyzed and divided them into experimental groups based on different treatment methods. 65 patients in each group were treated with endoscopic surgery in the experimental group and the traditional group was treated in the control group.The treatment effect and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 96.92%（63 cases）, and there was no statistical significance compared with 92.31%（60 cases） in the control group（χ2=1.358 9,P〈0.05）; the operation time of the experimental group was（38.5 ±4.5） min, the intraoperative blood loss was（86.5±21.8）m L, and the length of hospital stay was（3.6±1.2） d. All the surgical indexes were better than the control group（t=6.723 4,5.838 7,9.666 7,P〈0.05）. The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 4.62%（3 cases）, which was significantly lower than the 13.85%（9 cases） in the control group（χ2=4.866 3,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nasal endoscopic treatment of chronic sinusitis or nasal polyps has good results, high treatment efficiency, postoperative complications and recurrence are not easy, it is worth to promote in clinic.
