摘　　要：目的分析头皮扩张皮瓣移植联合光子脱毛修复额部大面积瘢痕效果。方法方便选取该院60例额部大面积瘢痕患者,于2014年5月—2017年6月期间对其采用头皮扩张皮瓣移植联合光子脱毛修复治疗,后分析治疗效果。结果 60例额部大面积瘢痕患者一期手术扩张时间为8~13周,平均时间(10.56±1.01)周,注水总量为310~450m L,平均量(380.23±1.02)m L,扩张过程中未发生并发症。结论头皮扩张皮瓣移植联合光子脱毛修复额部大面积瘢痕效果显著,且具有较高的安全性,值得在临床上大力推广与探究。Objective This paper tries to analyze the effect of scalp dilation flap transplantation combined with photon hair removal in the treatment of forehead scar. Methods A total of 60 patients with large scars in the forehead of the hospital were convenient selected in this study. The patients were treated with scalp dilatation flaps and photon epilator and hair removal from May 2014 to June 2017, and the therapeutic effect was analyzed. Results In 60 cases of large forehead scar, the time of first stage operation was 8 to 13 weeks, with a mean time of（10.56±1.01） weeks, the total volume of water injection was 310 to 450 m L, the average amount was（380.23±1.02）m L, no complications occurred. Conclusion Scalp expansion flap transplantation combined with photon hair removal for large forehead scars is effective and has high safety. It is worth clinical promotion and exploration.
