摘　　要：自助服务在图书馆中的应用日益广泛,文章探讨了图书馆自助服务的利弊,并结合笔者的调查,了解了阐述其发展中的瓶颈,并提出一定的解决方案。Self-service is widely used in library. This paper probes into the advantages and disadvantages of self-service in library, and expounds the bottleneck in the development of self-service by combining with the author＇s investigation, and puts forward some solutions.
