从茂县山体垮塌医疗救援过程反思应急医疗救援体系建设

摘　　要：2017-06-24,成都总医院派出应急医疗救援队赶赴四川茂县山体垮塌灾区对灾区群众开展紧急医疗救治服务,主要包括迅即建立救援指挥体系、空陆并进受灾地域、两地做好救治准备、军地联合提供医疗服务等,保证生命救援快速高效,实现了完成任务好、部队形象好、团结协作好、自身安全好的目标。笔者总结成都总医院应急医学救援队此次救援的情况及经验,指出预案完备演练扎实、常态备勤抓紧抓实、保障理念创新突破的重要性,并为今后的应急医疗救援体系建设提出思考与建议。On 24th June, 2017, Chengdu General Hospital sent an emergency medical rescue team to the landslide-stricken area of Sichuan Maoxian, to provide the emergency medical services to the disaster-affected community. The team established a rescue command system, directed air and land transportation into the affected regions, completed rescue preparation, provided military-civilian services, efficiently conducted rescue operations and realized its goal of being an all-round developed team. The author summarizes the rescue status and experience of emergency medical rescue team in Chengdu General Hospital and points out the importance of improving drills and training, logistics management, and highlights the importance of being innovative, with the view to providing some reflections and suggestions for the future development of the emergency medical rescue system.
