摘　　要：第十三届全国运动会于2017-08在天津成功举行,此次全运会安保的卫勤保障任务重、难度大、要求高,对于武警官兵来说是一次巨大的考验。笔者总结此次卫勤保障的经验,从牢固树立打仗卫勤理念、切实提高信息化建设水平、基于任务进行科学抽组、坚持疾病的防治结合、优化战材管理模式、建立实战化训练机制方面进行反思,提出要做好大都市环境下的卫勤保障,确保各项赛事的顺利进行和社会面的整体安全稳定,需分析任务特点,完善保障预案,及时总结经验,创新思路方法,不断提高军队作战能力,努力锻造一支"召之即来、来之能战、战之能胜"的卫勤保障队伍。The 13 th National Games of the People＇s Republic of China was successfully held in Tianjin in August 2017. The onerous task of providing medical support was a challenging and demanding task and tested the abilities of the armed police officers and soldiers. The author summarized the experience of providing medical support, reflecting on the aspects of establishing a service concept, enhancing the level of information management, human resource distribution based on tasking, disease prevention and control, optimizing the use of vehicles and equipment, establishing a training mechanism, and proposed that the characteristics of the task be analyzed, and the contingency plan be improved, so as to improve the service support and ensure the events are conducted successfully. Additionally, experiences should be reviewed and lessons summarized and should be used to update the strategic medical plan in an attempt to forge a capable and effective medical support team.
