自血疗法联合枸地氯雷他定片治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨自血疗法联合枸地氯雷他定片治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法将92例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组46例。对照组口服枸地氯雷他定片进行治疗,治疗组采用自血疗法联合枸地氯雷他定片进行治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效及炎性因子情况。结果治疗组的治疗总有效率为78.3%,显著高于对照组的50.0%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的IL-6和IL-8水平均明显降低,且治疗组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自血疗法联合枸地氯雷他定片治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficiency of desloratadine citrate disodium tablets combined withautohemotherapy in the treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods A total of 92 patients with chronic urticaria were randomlydivided into control group and treatment group, with 46 cases in each group. The control group was given desloratadinecitrate disodium tablets alone, and the treatment group was treated with autohemotherapy based on the control group. Theclinical efficiency and the levels of inflammatory factors of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective ratein the treatment group （78.3%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （50.0%）（P〈0.05）. After treatment, thelevels of IL-6 and IL-8 in the two groups decreased significantly, and those in the treatment group were lower than thecontrol group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination therapy of desloratadine citrate disodium tablets and autohemotherapyin the treatment of chronic urticaria has effective effect, and it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
