联合应用补骨脂汤剂与股骨头坏死治疗仪对股骨头坏死患者血液流变学、髋关节功能和骨密度的影响

摘　　要：目的探究联合应用补骨脂汤剂与股骨头坏死治疗仪对股骨头坏死患者血液流变学、髋关节功能和骨密度的影响。方法选取2016年4月至2017年6月我院收治的96例股骨头坏死患者,随机将其分为对照组与观察组,每组48例,对照组给予股骨头坏死治疗仪治疗,观察组给予补骨脂汤剂联合股骨头坏死治疗仪治疗。比较两组Harris评分、骨密度及血液流变学指标变化情况,并对两组临床疗效进行评定。结果治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组Harris评分及腰椎骨与股骨近端密质骨、松质骨的骨密度均较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.01);两组血液流变学各指标较治疗前均明显降低,且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论联合应用补骨脂汤剂与股骨头坏死治疗仪治疗股骨头坏死,能有效降低患者血液黏度,改善血液流变学,增加骨密度,提高髋关节功能,疗效显著。Objective To explore the influence of combined application of Buguzhi decoction and femoral head necrosistherapeutic apparatus on hemorheology, hip joint function and bone mineral density of patients with osteonecrosis of femoralhead. Methods A total of 96 cases of patients with osteonecrosis of femoral head treated in our hospital from April 2016 toJune 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 48 cases in each group. Thecontrol group was given femoral head necrosis therapeutic apparatus, and the observation group was given Buguzhidecoction combined with femoral head necrosis therapeutic apparatus. The Harris scores, bone mineral density and changesof hemorheological indexes were compared between the two groups, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups wereevaluated. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higherthan that in the control group （P〈0.0缘）; the Harris scores, bone density of proximal iliac bone and cancellous bone of thelumbar vertebrae and the femur were higher than those before treatment, and those of the observation group were higherthan the control group （P〈0.01）; the indexes of hemorheology in both groups were significantly lower than those beforetreatment, and those of the observation group were lower than the control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Combined applicationof Buguzhi decoction and femoral head necrosis therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of osteonecrosis of femoral head caneffectively reduce blood viscosity and improve hemorheology, increase bone mineral density, and improve hip joint function,with remarkable effect.
