摘　　要：城市轨道交通线网指挥中心是基于每条线路控制中心之上的综合运营指挥协调机构,通过行使监察调度、应急处置、运营评估、信息发布等职能,管理整个城市的轨道交通线网。文章分析了构建线网指挥中心系统信息化平台的关键技术,并讨论如何将这些技术应用到线网指挥管理的各类场景中,以促进城市轨道交通智能化管控的发展。Urban rail transit network traffic control center is a traffic command and coordination facility, operating as based on each line control center. Through the exercise of supervision dispatching, traffic control, emergency measures, operation assessment, information release and other functions, and management of the whole urban rail transit network. This paper analyzes the key technology of constructing network command center system information platform and discusses the use of the technologies in the network command management with various scenarios, in order to promote the development of intelligent urban rail transit management and control.
