甲基苯丙胺胶体金试剂条质量关键性指标的考察

摘　　要：甲基苯丙胺具有典型的精神兴奋作用,长期或大量服用会产生耐受性及躯体依赖。其原体及代谢物主要由尿液排出体外,在吸食者唾液中也会含有此类物质。通过检测尿液、唾液中的甲基苯丙胺及其代谢物可以筛查吸毒者。本文对市场上9种型号甲基苯丙胺胶体金尿液试剂条和4种型号唾液试剂条的交叉反应、阈值等性能指标和实际应用情况进行了考察,对影响产品质量的关键性指标进行了分析。Methamphetamine is of typically psychoactive effect, capable of leading to physical tolerance and dependence when used in long-term or heavily. The protomer and its metabolites of this drug are mainly excreted out from urine, and also contained in the saliva of the eaters. Therefore, both the urine and saliva can be tested to screen the drug users. Here, the commercial methamphetamine colloidal gold strips, urine-specific of 9 kinds and saliva-specific of 4 ones, were surveyed of their cross reactivity, detected threshold and practical application.
