摘 要:针对主轴式滚磨光整加工中高转速下滚抛磨块会甩出滚筒的问题,为确定滚筒在一定转速下的最大填料高度,利用离散元法模拟主轴式滚磨光整加工过程,采用拟合曲线表征滚抛磨块群上界面的几何形状,借助正交模拟试验分析几何形状的主要影响因素,通过单因素模拟试验探究滚筒转速的影响规律并进行实验验证。滚抛磨块群上界面为抛物面,滚筒转速、滚抛磨块形状对抛物面几何形状有决定性影响;当其他条件一定时,不同滚筒转速下的抛物面在填料高度处近似交于一圆,圆半径为滚筒半径的5/7,基于此推导出了一定转速下筒内最大填料高度计算公式。To solve the problem that the abrasive can be thrown out of the barrel at high speed in spindle barrel finishing(SBF)and to determine the maximum filling height of the barrel,the whole SBF process was modelled by discrete element method.The upper interface geometry of the abrasive was characterized using curve fitting,and the influencing factors of the geometric shape were analyzed with the aid of orthogonal simulation tests.Single factor simulation was conducted to explore the effects of the barrel speed and corresponding experiments were carried out for validation.The results show that the upper interface of the abrasive is with the shape of a paraboloid.Barrel speed and abrasive shape have a crucial effect on the paraboloidal geometry.With other conditions being fixed,the paraboloids under different barrel speed approximately concurrent one circle at the filling height of the abrasive,and the circle radius is 5/7 of the barrel radius.Based on which the formula for calculating the maximum filling height of the barrel under a certain speed is deduced.
