摘　　要：当前,以增产为导向的农业发展方式与国内农产品需求严重脱节,使我国农业供给侧面临着供给相对过剩和国际竞争力不足两大突出问题。消费需求是农业供给侧系统结构的基础。促进农业供给侧的改善,关键是构建与消费结构升级相匹配的现代农业产业体系,进一步优化重要农产品品种结构与生产力布局,明确生产的优先顺序,提高加工、流通与贸易效率,并及时对相应的农业政策做出适应性调整和完善。at present,the agricultural development mode of increasing production and the demand of domestic agricultural products are seriously disjointed,causing China's agricultural supply side to be faced with two outstanding problems of relative surplus supply and insufficient international competitiveness. The consumption demand is the foundation of the agricultural supply side system structure. Therefore,the key to promote the improvement of the agricultural supply side is to build a modern agricultural industry system which matches the consumption structure upgrading,so as to further optimize the structure of the important agricultural products and the distribution of productive forces,make clear the priority of production,improve the efficiency of processing,circulation and trade and adjust and improve the corresponding agricultural policies in time.
