东盟地区软件贸易发展现状与趋势

摘　　要：东盟地区是世界经济发展最具活力的地区。东盟地区各国虽然在自然禀赋、经济体量、政治经济结构、发展水平等方面差异较大,且大部分国家在信息经济发展方面起步较晚,软件及软件服务贸易总体规模相对较小,但这一地区未来拥有很大发展空间。中国与东盟关系紧密,信息化也是双方合作的重点领域,对东盟软件贸易发展及趋势的研究具有重要的现实意义。本报告分析了该地区软件业及软件贸易现状、特点及发展趋势,并具体分析了重要的软件贸易国家的发展特色和市场潜力。The ASEAN region is the most dynamic region in the world economic development. Although the differences in natural endow ment,economic volume,political and economic structure,development level,most countries starting late in the development of information economy with relatively small overall scale of softw are and softw are services trade,but the region has a great development space in the future. The relationship betw een China and ASEAN is close,and information is also the key area of cooperation betw een the two sides, therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the development and trend of the ASEAN softw are trade. The present report analyses the current situation,characteristics and development trend of the softw are and softw are trade in the region,and analyzes the development characteristics and market potential of the important softw are trade countries.
